The property has approximately 19 tenants which include a barber, insurance, medical and restaurant to name a few. Travieso represented the Seller at purchase in 2023 and took over the value-add component and property management for the investment group. Rents were increased, leases extended, and cosmetic improvements were completed. This South Dixie Highway/US-1 corridor is booming with multifamily developments.
